If you are not satisfied with any item, send it back within 30 days for a refund (less original shipping costs) or exchange for another size. Item must not have been worn (except to try on for sizing) or washed. Before you send back an order, please notify us by emailing us at returns@coconutbeach.com Just send it back, tell us why you didn´t choose to keep your purchase, and we will refund your money. Any returns must be sent postage paid. C.O.D.´s will not be accepted. Please also, add Coconutbeach.com to your acceptable email recipients to avoid my emails from being filtered to your spam file.

We reserve the right refuse a refund for any piece of clothing that shows signs of being worn (i.e. heavy cologne/perfume, smoke, or damage). We inspect all items prior to shipping to a customer, as well as any that are returned.

Shipping:

Your order will normally be shipped within 7 business days, with the exception of any backordered items. We have decided to utilize Priority Mail for the majority of our shipping. If you need your items sooner, you may also select Express Mail service. Please be aware that orders selected to ship via Express Mail will SHIP the next business day. I can not ship the same day an order is received. Please consider this for time sensitive orders. If there is a specific date you require you merchandise by, I urge you to please add that in the comments section of the order form. Expect realistic delivery times. On international orders, you are responsible for all duties/taxes that are imposed on your order in the country of delivery. Since we have some orders for very light items, we don´t want to impose outrageous shipping charges for the sake of flat rates.

Backorders:

We try to keep all merchandise in stock, but occasionally sell out and are at the mercy of the manufacturers. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and advise you of the expected length of the delay.

Catalog Requests:

We have an online catalog only, no catalogs available for mailing. This keeps our costs down which, in turn, keeps our prices down for you. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Ordering options:

We here at Coconut Beach are doing our best to make you feel comfortable about on-line credit card ordering by offering you a secured server. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. For all PayPal orders, your confirmed address is required for shipping. Due to problems with credit card address verification on international orders, credit card authorization for all international orders will be verified directly with the issuing bank. All orders over $250 will be verified with the credit card´s issuing bank. We also verify ALL IP addresses, if the IP address location does not match the shipping address of the order, we will contact the credit card´s issuing bank. All fraudulent orders, including the IP address from where the order originated, will be turned over to the proper authorities. All credit cards are processed manually prior to shipping out your items. Adjustments are sometimes made according to availability of items and if I can reduce shipping costs, I will.

We will also accept orders via regular mail or by fax (856-429-8593) . If you would prefer not to order on-line, you may print out your completed order form and mail it with a check(*) or money order to :
